Returns & Exchanges

At VDM THE LABEL, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns for store credit or size exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with hygiene liners and tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and protective hygiene strips are still attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your store credit or exchange order will be processed within 5-7 business days.
